Insurance Waiver if non-roster athlete).

you have wrestlers with seedable
credentials, send an email to
seeds@HokieOpen.com
with the following information:

Name, Coach Name, Coach
Phone Number (office and
mobile), and a separate
paragraph for each seedable
wrestler detailing seedable
accomplishments (record,
major tournament placements) |

ROSTER FOR 2011 - 2012
Any wrestler not on a college team
roster for the 2011 - 2012 year must
fill out and sign an Insurance
Waiver. Please download and print the following
Insurance Waiver/Release.
All
wrestlers, coaches and team staff are
responsible for their own insurance
coverage. Our release MUST be completely filled out and signed by
wrestlers and coaches if you are not
on a college team roster in 2011 -
